1. What Gym Monster Fit is
Gym Monster Fit (“the Service”) is an independent web application that helps owners of Speediance training equipment view their training history and plan workouts. The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Speediance, and “Speediance” is a trademark of its respective owner. We are not the manufacturer of your equipment and are not responsible for it.
2. Your account and your Speediance credentials
To use core features you provide your Speediance account credentials so the Service can retrieve your training data and send workouts to your device on your behalf. You represent that you are authorized to access that account and that doing so through the Service does not violate any agreement you have with Speediance. You provide these credentials at your own risk. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure.
3. Dependence on third-party systems
The Service relies on systems operated by Speediance and other third parties that we do not control. Those systems can change or become unavailable at any time, which may degrade or break the Service without notice. We do not guarantee continued availability or compatibility.
4. Acceptable use
Don’t use the Service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, or interfere with the Service. Training recommendations are informational only and are not medical or professional fitness advice — consult a qualified professional and use good judgment; you are responsible for your own safety.
5. Fees
Paid features, if offered, will be described at the point of purchase. Any pricing, billing, and refund terms will be presented before you are charged.
6. No warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits, or injury, arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination and changes
We may suspend or discontinue the Service, and may update these Terms, at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms. You can stop using the Service and request deletion of your data at any time (see the Privacy Policy).
